Today, we at BOOM Esports are announcing a significant transition for our Dota 2 team. We’re saying farewell to Saeful “FBZ” Ilham and Mac Nicholson “Mac” Villanueva. Their time with us has been marked by dedication, and we deeply appreciate their contributions to our journey.

Since our establishment in 2016, BOOM Esports has strived to grow and evolve. We began by focusing on Indonesian talent, and we’ve since expanded our horizons, notably making significant strides in Southeast Asia and South America. We’ve experienced highs and lows however we’re always looking to push forward.

FBZ and Mac joined our ranks in September 2024, and during their time with us, they’ve shown commitment and skill. We are very thankful for their hard work. As an organization, we wish them all the best in their future endeavors. These roster changes are a part of our continuing effort to refine our team and achieve greater success in upcoming competitions.

With FBZ and Mac’s departure, we’re now focused on the next chapter. We are actively working on rebuilding, and improving our team. Even though the roster is changing, the spirit that drives us remains as strong as ever.

We understand that roster changes are a part of competitive esports, and we’re committed to providing our fans with the best possible team. We are looking forward to showing everybody what our new roster will be capable of, and as always, Stay Hungry, Hungry Beast!
