Every setback is a setup for a greater comeback. Today, we at BOOM Esports want to share an important update regarding our future in the official VCT ecosystem. We have officially received confirmation that BOOM Esports was not selected as a Riot VALORANT Partner for 2027.
While this is not the outcome we fought and poured our hearts out for, our passion for competitive VALORANT and our commitment to building a powerhouse team remain completely unshaken.
Standing Strong: Navigating the VCT Partnership Process
Securing a spot in the partnered league was an incredibly competitive process involving top esports organizations across the entire globe. Though the decision didn’t go our way this time, we reflect on our journey with absolute pride.
BOOM Esports has continuously proven itself as a top-tier contender in the Asia-Pacific region, proving that the Hungry Beast can compete alongside the world’s absolute best. While external factors and slot allocations presented steep competition, our dedication to building world-class rosters and delivering top-level tactical play remains unchanged.
The Road Ahead: The Next Chapter for BOOM
This news does not mean the end of our story; it marks the beginning of a fresh, aggressive chapter for BOOM.
- Relentless Drive: We will continue to grind, adapt, and fight through every competitive opportunity available to prove our status on the server.
- Unwavering Support: Our roster, staff, and management remain fully focused on achieving competitive excellence across all upcoming tournaments.
What Lies Ahead for the Hungry Beast
The grind never stops at BOOM Esports. We are already strategically evaluating our next steps, refining our roster goals, and preparing for upcoming domestic and international battlegrounds.
To our incredible fans, partners, and community members who have stood by us through every match, victory, and obstacle, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Your loyalty is what fuels us to push harder every single day.
Our journey is far from over. Keep cheering, keep believing, and stay tuned as BOOM Esports continues to make noise on the main stage! Stay Hungry, Hungry Beast!
