The Hungry Beast is back on top! We at BOOM Esports are incredibly proud to announce that we have officially been crowned the champions of the VALORANT Challengers 2026 Southeast Asia: Split 1 – Indonesia Regional.

After weeks of intense competition against the finest teams in the country, we have secured our throne and, more importantly, our ticket to the SEA Split 1 main stage. Here is a look back at our dominant run through the tournament. From the moment the playoffs began on February 2nd, our mission was clear: total domination. We entered the tournament with a hunger to prove why we are the premier VALORANT organization in Indonesia, and the results speak for themselves.

We kicked off our campaign in the Upper Bracket Quarterfinals with a decisive 2-0 victory against NEVERLAND713. That momentum carried us into the Semifinals, where we once again shut out NINJA TEAM with another clean 2-0 sweep.

The Upper Bracket Final was a preview of the grand finale, as we faced off against a resilient VYRES Esports. While they managed to take a map off us—the only map we dropped the entire tournament—the Hungry Beast bit back, closing the series 2-1 to secure the first spot in the Grand Finals.

Winning the Indonesia Regional is just the first step of our 2026 journey. By placing 1st, we have officially qualified for the VCL SEA 2026 Split 1 main event, set to take place this early March. We will be representing Indonesia on the regional stage, facing the best teams from across Southeast Asia for a chance at further glory.

Additionally, our performance has secured us a spot in Split 2 of the Indonesia Regional later this year.
