Head of Marketing

- Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
- Set, monitor and report on team goals and their execution
- Communicate the brand identity with the team
- Design branding and positioning strategies
- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like social media platforms, web pages and promotional material)
- Prepare social media marketing campaigns and strategize them such that they align with the business objectives
- Create and monitor advertisements on various platform keeping the business vision aligned
- Analyze user behavior and determine user personas
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
- Create monthly reports for the marketing department
- Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans
- Monitor competition (strategies, acquisitions, etc)
-Sift through marketing data to find and stay updated with the latest marketing trends
- Coordinate marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives


- Proven 5+ years of work experience as Head of Marketing or VP of Marketing or Director of Marketing or a similar role, preferably within esports or entertainment industry
- Hands-on experience running successful marketing campaigns
- Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords
- Outstanding ability to plan and manage budgets
- Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to analyze problems and create a solution
- Excellent leadership and project management skills
- Good oral and written communication skills (especially in English)
- BSc or MSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
