BOOM Esports League of Legends qualified for the playoff round after securing 5th place in the regular season of League of Legends Pacific Championship Series Spring 2021. With these results, BOOM secured the upper bracket spot and competed against J Team in the playoff.

Despite securing the first game, BOOM fell to the lower bracket after losing the series against J Team with 1-2 score. Hong Kong Attitude became the BOOM opponent in the lower bracket match. BOOM eventually ended the series with 7th-8th place with defeat against HKA 1-2.
