Unfortunately, our journey in the Philippines Kings League (PKL) Fall 2025 has come to an end, with BOOM Esports securing the 2nd Place finish. We fought hard, but ultimately fell short in a tough Grand Final match against Blacklist International.

This result, though not the gold we aimed for, is a testament to the dedication of our Hungry Beasts roster. We thank all of our fans for their overwhelming support. It’s time to take a deep breath, reset, and focus on the next challenge.

Our path through the playoffs was a true test of our resilience. We started strong in the Upper Bracket Semifinals, taking a decisive 3-1 victory over Elevate. However, our momentum was halted in the Upper Bracket Final, where we were sent to the Lower Bracket after a tight 1-3 loss to Blacklist International.

The Grand Final against Blacklist International was a fierce battle. We pushed the series to its limit, but eventually concluded the match with a 3-4 loss. While securing the Runner-Up title ($11,650 USD prize money), this result is a valuable learning experience. The final standings showed that besides us and the champion Blacklist International, teams like Elevate (3rd) and A.C.T Esports Club (4th) also showed incredible strength.

Despite the sting of being Runner-Up, our strong performance secured us qualification spots for both KIC and KNC tournaments. This means the journey for BOOM Esports is far from over.

We will take the lessons learned from this PKL season, the intensity of the Grand Final, the clutch moments, and the areas where we can improve and use them to come back stronger. We are already looking forward to our next international challenge.
